Though we offer a wallpaper calculator to help estimate your quantity, we highly recommend consulting a professional installer or workroom to quote the material needed for the job. We cannot be held liable for material shortages or accept return for overages. Inspect all goods prior to installation.

REPLACE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
We are happy to replace items on the very rare occasion they are defective or damaged with photos of the damaged product and original packaging. Please keep the packaging so we can file a claim with the shipping company. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a return label to send your items back to: Krane Home LLC, 1112 Montana Ave #122, Santa Monica CA 90403, United States and we will send out a replacement as soon as possible. Please know the lead time for a replacement will be the same as the original order.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for sending back your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit. Depending on availability and lead time, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, will vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
